closing in on 40, power calisthenics

Started with my first personal trainer last week with the expectation of restoring my lower half mobility. The upper half, is doing just fine. But also, minus a few movements (floor press, chest supported rows) I'm on the full calisthenics train. It feels good, makes me feel good, and makes me look good.

Reenter an old classic power calisthenics. it's main tenants are lifting every other day full body (note: lower body is restorative only). Afternoon training is one of sled, keg carries, or sandbag wrasslin.

AM cycle
1)Dips + rows + hamstrings, biceps + pullover + hamstring stretch
2)Ab wheel + tibs + mace + side bend, upper stretch
3)Pushups + pullups + quads, triceps + pullover + quad stretch
4)Compression + calves + mace + side bend, upper stretch

PM
Sled, keg carries, sandbag carries, walking the dog
