Suitcase walk is still my favorite. It's a mega ab exercise, builds traps, and allows me to quickly switch hands when I'm bushed.
As for grease the groove, going to mix things up a bit. I don't mind daily pressing, but I also don't want my shoulders to get messed up movement pattern injuries. Daily pressing means daily pressing variations.
