Inc chest supported row 50x8, 30x12, 15x30
Tricep pushdowns x2
Cable curls 30x2x25
Finisher: 5min suitcase carry 50lbs
I don't think I'll return to chest supported rows. Couple of reasons.
- Not as good or as heavy as cable rows.
- Not as good of a squeeze as inverted rows.
