I'm almost at the end of my 20 workout stint for kettlebell swings.
Next step:
- order loadable kettlebell for future iterations
- figure out other types of safe conditioning
The NE work I'm doing will continue. It's feeling great to lift 2x a week and bulletproof/conditioning 2-3x a week.
