gpp 8: adding some leg stuff

Started gpp with leg press. It wasnt bad, and i got a nice pump, but it felt like the set took forever when i did each leg individually.

Workout
One leg press
- go up in weight until you cant hit 10reps
- strip sets amap, use negatives
Gpp one arm walk, 50lb kb, 20min
