Somehow I got a fun little hernia playing football with my friends. Once again, I'm learning how to work out around this injury, but it is proving itself a bitch.
Good Mornings (VERY surprised on this one)
BW Chinups (have to be careful to not flex abs)
Seated Cable Rows
Shrugs (maybe, being careful with this one too)
So...my safest routine for now...
Good Mornings 10x3
Weighted Dips 10x3
Seated Cable Rows 5x10
Rear Delt Raises 3xwhatever
Work around your injuries. Pouting about what you can't do wastes energy.
