One lift a day | 2020-45 | pullups

Lung capacity today was a little bit mehhhh. Ended up stopping after around 6 sets, but i still made some solid progress.

Ring Pullups
Bw+ 12lbs x 9 reps
~ 6 sets of bw only

Ring Tricep Extensions
6 or so sets
